Why does my password reset link say “Invalid key”

This usually happens when multiple password reset requests are made.

For security, only the most recent password reset email works. If you click an older reset email after requesting a new one, the system will show an “Invalid key” message.

How do I avoid this problem?

  • Request a password reset once
  • Open only the newest email you receive
  • Ignore or delete older reset emails

What if I already clicked the wrong link?

  • Simply request another password reset
  • Use the newest email that arrives
  • If the problem continues, contact support and we can reset it for you manually

Is this an error with my account?
No. This is a normal security feature designed to protect your account.
