# Instructor Subscription and Support Options

All instructors using the National Wine School platform must maintain an active Instructor Subscription at $19/month. This subscription includes dashboard access, student management tools, and auto-grading.

Support plans are optional and tiered based on the level of assistance needed:

- **Free Plan**: Includes full access to the knowledge base
- **Basic Plan**: $275/month for instructor phone and email support
- **Silver Plan**: $500/month for instructor + student support and grading help
- **Gold Plan**: $850/month adds credential tracking, branding, and admin tools
- **Platinum Plan**: $1,750/month for full-service delivery and white-labeled tools
