The digitization project has been a long-term project to integrate offsite students and alumni into the National Wine School (NWS) system and assist them in their careers and passions. This is the project’s deployment timeline.

November 2021. Online Core Sommelier Courses Deployed

January 2022. Standardization of Programs and Credentials Nationally

September 2022. Deployment of Advanced Sommelier/Master in Wine Credentials Nationally

November 2023. Infrastructure for National Sommelier Credential Database Completed.

July 2024. Merge of Confederation Student Databases To Be Completed.

October 2024. Certifications and Grades are fully integrated with NWS systems.

January 2025. Access to Online Advanced Courses Deployed.
