Have you completed a wine course, but it doesn’t show as 100% complete?

It may be that you didn’t receive a passing grade on one of the tests. You can check this by going to your account and reviewing the drop-down of your activity. If there is a quiz with a failing grade, you will need to retake it. Quizzes, unlike exams, can be taken multiple times.

It may also be that part of your exam has not yet been graded. Final exams can take up to three weeks to be graded. If you have not received a grade after such time, please contact us for assistance.
