What is Cross-Posting and Why It’s Not Allowed?

Cross-posting is when a student needs help and does one of the following: posts multiple support tickets; posts tickets at both NWS and an affiliated school; posts multiple times before our staff can reply, or any other variable where there is more than one support request from a student.

While it may seem like the best way to get assistance, it is not. This behavior duplicates efforts and limits our ability to assist in a substantive way. For their benefit and ours, students must refrain from cross-posting, except in one limited scenario: if you submitted a ticket and did not receive any response within 10 days.
