Color Blindness and Quiz Display Issues

Some students with color blindness may experience confusion during quizzes, particularly when interpreting which answers are marked correct or incorrect. This can occur even when the quiz is functioning correctly from a technical standpoint. For example, a question that allows only one correct answer may appear to require multiple selections if color cues are misinterpreted.

This issue has been reported in Level 3 quizzes, where the display of answer feedback can be unclear to users with color vision deficiencies. While the grading system remains accurate, we recognize that the user interface may cause misunderstandings.

We are actively reviewing all final exam formats to ensure they are accessible to all students.
