Our curriculum adheres to academic and industry standards, ensuring SCORM, ACAP, ANSI, and ADA compliance. Designed for one- or two-credit courses, these programs also provide an opportunity for nationally recognized sommelier certification.
These courses are available to accredited universities, vocational schools, and independent wine schools nationwide.
Wine & Sommelier Programs for Every Institution
University & College Wine Programs
We partner with regionally accredited institutions to offer turnkey wine education that integrates easily into existing hospitality, culinary, and beverage management programs. Schools can incorporate our courses into their curriculum or build new certification programs with our content.
Vocational & Trade Schools
Vocational schools across the country adopt our programs to provide industry-ready certifications for students pursuing careers in wine, hospitality, and beverage management. These programs can be embedded into existing coursework or serve as standalone credentialing programs.
Wine Schools & Independent Instructors
We offer nationally certified sommelier programs to independent wine schools and instructors across the U.S. Schools can choose from two levels of access:
1. Online Sommelier Programs
For schools seeking a fully managed solution, we provide online certification programs where we handle all classes, exams, and student support. These programs deliver university-level wine education while requiring minimal administrative effort from the school.
To get started, purchase between five and fifty seats for the Level 1 or Core Program. Volume discounts apply. School administrators can easily add and remove students through the platform.
2. In-Person Sommelier Programs
Schools offering in-person instruction must meet higher accreditation standards. Before delivering our programs, all instructors must be accredited by the National Wine School, holding at least Core Certification and Teacher Training credentials.
Wine Training for Restaurants, Hotels & Industry Professionals
We provide a comprehensive sommelier and wine training program tailored for restaurants, hotels, and the wine trade. These programs are available at a discounted rate for industry partners and can be delivered online.
Accreditation & Compliance
As a leader in wine education, our programs align with higher education and industry standards while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. We support all state-accredited schools, and pricing is available on a per-student basis.
Our programs meet the following compliance standards:
✔ SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model)
✔ ACAP (Academic Compliance & Accreditation Protocols)
✔ ANSI (American National Standards Institute)
✔ ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
To qualify, schools must be accredited by their state’s Department of Education.
