This usually happens when multiple password reset requests are made.
For security, only the most recent password reset email works. If you click an older reset email after requesting a new one, the system will show an “Invalid key” message.
How do I avoid this problem?
- Request a password reset once
- Open only the newest email you receive
- Ignore or delete older reset emails
What if I already clicked the wrong link?
- Simply request another password reset
- Use the newest email that arrives
- If the problem continues, contact support and we can reset it for you manually
