Cross-posting is when a student needs help and does one of the following: posts multiple support tickets; posts tickets at both NWS and an affiliated school; or any other variable where there is more than one support request from a student.
While it may seem like the best way to get assistance, it is not. This behavior duplicates efforts and limits our ability to assist in a substantive way.
