I have some disappointing news. Your grade was insufficient to earn your L2 sommelier certification. You have several options at this point. The first is to continue to Level Three (https://wineschool.us/courses/level-three-sommelier/) with the understanding that you won’t qualify for certification. The other is to schedule a private exam with a sommelier instructor (https://wineschool.us/school/exam-retake/).
