All sommelier and wine credentials issued by the National Wine School can be verified by employers and schools using this simple form. Each certificate issued comes with a unique code, which can be entered securely here.
Finding Your Certificate ID Code for Verification
If you graduated from the National Wine School or an affiliated school, here is how to find your verification number. Go to your account, click on “Transcripts” and find the certificate you have completed. Click on the Diploma icon, which will take you to the Certificate page. Your verification ID number will be on the top left of the page, directly under the heading “Sommelier Certification Verification.”
Important: Download a copy of your certification, which will have the verification ID included. You will need this for your records.
