Copyright and DMCA Statement

All instructional materials, course designs, certification structures, written content, assessments, branding, and visual assets provided by the National Wine School (NWS) are the exclusive property of NWS or are used with proper licensing. These materials are protected under United States copyright law and international intellectual property agreements.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, the reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of any NWS content—whether in print, digital, or derivative formats—is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Course manuals and reading materials
  • Online learning modules and assessments
  • Certification exams and grading systems
  • Program logos, trademarks, and visual assets

NWS respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), NWS has designated a registered agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement.

To file a DMCA takedown request, the following information must be included in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  3. Contact information of the complaining party
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is made in good faith
  5. The signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright holder or authorized agent

NWS reserves the right to remove or disable access to materials found to be in violation of copyright law and may terminate user access in cases of repeated infringement.
