How to Become a Wine Educator If you want to offer National Wine School credentials, there are several requirements. The first is to complete your sommelier certification (L1-L3). If you are not a professor or wine instructor, you must also complete your wine educator certification program at our National Wine Educator Testing Site in Philadelphia.
