Offer Sommelier Courses

The National Wine School makes it easy for college professors and wine educators to offer industry-recognized sommelier certification programs in the classroom. Whether running a 20-person wine course at a university or building a full curriculum at a wine school, our system offers flexibility, academic credibility, and affordability.

Our platform is subscription-based and designed for educators. We give your students a generous six-month time frame to complete each program. Subscriptions are per seat, not per student, so you can assign a subscription to one student this semester and another next term. With just one instructor subscription, you can manage all your students, track progress, control pacing, and access all course tools through a single dashboard.

We built this system for academic flexibility. Use it for online, in-person, or hybrid classes. Add or remove students anytime. Focus on teaching; we’ll handle the logistics.

Cost Breakdown

A single Level One program can generate substantial five-figure gross tuition revenue while requiring only one two-hour class per week for approximately two months.

Because National Wine School licensing costs represent only a small portion of tuition revenue, schools and instructors retain the majority of what they collect. This creates the margin needed to cover local expenses and build a sustainable wine education business.

Running several Level One programs each year can produce a meaningful recurring revenue stream. Adding Levels Two and Three creates the potential to develop a six-figure education business with a focused, part-time teaching schedule.
