# What are your Terms and Conditions?

All students must agree to our terms before registering for a program. These terms are available here for review: [https://wineschool.us/terms-conditions/](https://wineschool.us/terms-conditions/)

Per section seven (7) RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies even if the course is not accessed.
