# The Zoom meeting says I need a password

The password is embedded in the URL you were sent. To access the meeting, **click**on the link you were given. You cannot copy and paste the link.

Zoom links have the letters "pwd" (for password) in them. If the link you have is missing those letters, it is not the actual link.
