# Crashes or Slow Speeds

If you are having an issue where a video is halting, a quiz won't complete, a page won't load, or any other software issue with our site, please do the following before contacting us.

1. Sign out of your account.
2. Clear your [browser cache](https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser).
3. Sign back into your account.

If you are still having computer issues, please makes sure you are using a modern internet browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Opera. If you are still having issues, please post a ticket for assistance. We will need the following information:

1. Are you using a phone, tablet, or computer?
2. What Operating System you are working on?
3. What internet browser you are using.?

We will also need a description of the issue you are having. A screenshot is always helpful to include for our reference.
